Bee Blocks August 16, 2010

Filed under: August 2010,Quilting,Virtual Quilting Bees — The Threaded Nest @ 10:32 am

Playing catch up on my August VQB’s!

This little cutie is for Leah ~ Red & Aqua 2 Bee.

It was made using the Born in the USA tutorial over on Block Party HERE.

As some of us were a bit confused as to how she wanted her fabrics,

Mary (Sewing Geek) made an awesome diagram for the block layout HERE.

Off to work on the Not Your Grandma’s Quilting Bee blocks…

a thunderstorm is brewing outside which makes for the perfect excuse to spend the day sewing!

Happy quilting,

Colette

    Love it. Such pretty colors.
We’re keeping fingers crossed for a thunderstorm tomorrow (although James is not as it’s 100 degrees and windy for him…mixed with lighting, not a good thing!!)
